What is it about the name "Sarah" and radio pirates? Al Weiner's radio ship was the Sarah. Then there was a "Sarah Tonin" of Radio Xanax and a "Sarah Bellum" of a station I can't recall, but she went on to work for the Mayor of Townsville on the "Power Puff Girls" cartoon series. Intellman would know, he's Johnny Bravo, his show followed there's on the "Cartoon Network".
