Fair reception in Missouri. Talk in Chinese & music. New schedule for this station with sign on a couple of hours earlier. I wasn't able to hear them at all before Jan 20'th sked change. New sked is:

1230-1600 on  5860 NJG 100 kW / 161 deg to EaAs, ex 1430-1700
