SDR recording catch, heard just before Canadian Radio After Dark signed on. SIO 444, sounded like a relay of a police scanner.
Off at 0048.

I caught the same thing Chris. The Radio After Dark thread started with this broadcast but I was not sure they were related. I have confirmed with RAD that in fact it was not them.
