6855 is WRMI, not a Pirate !
but its interesting to note that there is music now at 6855Khz when this was a dedicated frequency for brother stair 24/7.
looks like someone in philip stair's radical community is now doing a monetary audit or he is just running out of cash to throw around on commercial shortwave stations

I've noticed the same thing on their 9395 frequency, I listened to them almost all day Sunday and heard nothing but music and IDs all day, same thing last Sunday, and then most of the day on Monday it was all music until the evening then they had some programming. That frequency I believe was dedicated to TruNews, now on their schedule I see both 6855 and 9395 are listed as oldies music except for a few blocks throughout the day on 6855 and 2300-0000 on 9395 is listed as brother stair.

Stair cut back his WRMI programming way back a few months ago - maybe at the start of the New Year, and I think he disappeared from 6855 at that time or shortly after. It was a shame for me only for one reason. Transmitter 12, which is 5850 AM at night, was on during the day in the 22m band and had some good programming such as Radio Slovakia International in English, and that transmitter is on an almost direct beam to my QTH. When Stair cut back, the daytime transmissions went dark and now I have to weigh listening to RSI (on at 0000 UTC) against searching for pirates.

TruNews went to internet streaming only at the start of March. I hope they keep up with the oldies, because there were a few times the brother was on that frequency.
