Huge signal on both frequencies. Not sure if this is SOH or the China jamming-by-transmitting-something else station.

Hmm, also on 6230 and 6280 but weaker. Nothing on 6900.

Also what sounds like Chinese on 7210 which is listed as SOH as well, but different programming than what I heard on 6370 & 6870. Which are now gone as of 1101z.

I spent some time earlier in the summer attempting to listen to Radio Taiwan International on 7445 from 1100-1200, which was always very weak and seldom gave me legible copy. Every day that I did this, I would hear the CNR jammer come on at 1200, when RTI switched to Mandarin, and it was always a huge signal. (RTI's signal remains on the same power and azimuth, so I know that they weren't suddenly boosting the signal.) Based on that, I will always assume PRC jamming when I can hear a broadcast signal that's on a frequency reported to be jammed. It would be nice to be able to understand Mandarin and know for certain, but barring that, it seems to be a safe assumption.
