Hi Paul,
I was was thinking about your catch all day and pieced this together. If it is a harmonic of 7590, that frequency is in use by North Korea Reform Radio from Tashkent, Uzbekistan with their Korean service at an azimuth of 76 degrees - seems favorable to Alaska. Uzbekistan is primarily a Muslim country and since this is a broadcast into North Korea, it could be a spiritual transmission for a people under the control of a dictator.
However, the enclosed schedule for them
http://www.nkreform.com/en/schedule/ , which lists broadcast times in local North Korea local time might not match if this is a current schedule but close. (North Korea UTC +9)
By the way, this past week took the Mrs. to the Colchester Fabric Mill for her birthday, nice place. Forget about your Harry's suggestion, maybe next time - ate breakfast at Eggs Up in Portland. Got an Alaskan inland tour you'd suggest for autumn? Anniversary #40 is this fall, I was thinking this as one of several spots.
