R Tarma is currently the strongest signal on the band pre-dawn (other than VOA).
Also, Peruvian R. Vision on 4790 coming in pretty well.
No sign of any PNG or Australian stations on the band this morning...
PNG on 3260 Khz is doing very well though..

1104- nothing from SA here (too late), but big s9+ signal from Voice of Strait on 4940.
