Faint to start, gradual improvement with time.

0946z Two OM's talking in a news presentation style, most words not clearly audible.  Not usual music program at this hour.
1018z Same news formant/discussion continues, reception slightly better.  Time pips heard at 1000z.  I'm wondering whether this is
special election coverage.
1041z OM addressing crowd on victory, crowd cheering.  Back to studio for OM/YL analysis.  Reception up to good but with noise.  Another OM reporting on results/turnout.
1056z Reception now very good.  YL addressing crowd "...and as your leader I can ensure you......what we will bring......" upon winning.  This is the Parliament General Election, a coalition government will probably be forthcoming.  Perhaps even the losing party leader becoming Prime Minister.
