I don't normally spend a lot of time monitoring the HF-GCS, and I was not specifically monitoring it today but I was SDR recording a frequency near there, so I captured a bit of this traffic.  It took them at least 3 tries to get that message out relatively error free.  And I think they ended up sending it at least 5 times, not counting the normal duplicate "I say again"s.  1608z, 1619z, 1630z, 1700z, 1730z.

By the way, East Troy Don, your 1632z indecipherable correction was "Correction, item 82, Golf".
