It's fading in and out, but I'm definitely hearing music from WMR (https://www.bclnews.it/2021/06/14/wmr-on-25800-khz/) on 25800 KHz from my QTH in western Massachusetts! I've never heard the bands so wide open as they are today - at least not since the 90's! If WMR really is still running 100/250 watts then this might be my best DX catch ever!
Sorry for all the exclamation points, but this is exciting!

Looks like a good catch. :)
Station frequencies still list 25800. There is an online stream to verify if desired, too.

Here is video posted a couple of hours ago of 25800 as heard from Brazil.

I am currently (Oct 11) sitting lakeside at Sunapee State Park, New Hampshire using PL 880 with its wire. Likewise, I am experiencing reception in the 1400 utc hour I never have at home using a long wire in an equally rural setting. Many Eastern Europe, Central & Eastern Asian broadcasts.
Running the scan, I’m hitting too many stations to list using phone but highlights include: KCBS (NK), BBC Somalian service, Radio Saudi French service, Radio Africa 21525 AM WRMI, Radio Iran International from Tashkent all with excellent reception.

I Googled their live stream and verified that I was really hearing what I thought I was hearing. Sure enough, that was it!
