9265 2300 utc SSTV ?

While scanning band, very strong signal resembling SSTV on 9265. Unusual to hear on non pirate broadcast especially on commercial station.  At 2355utc, briefly transitioned into blue grass gospel. Shortwave info has station as WINB from Red Lion Pennsylvania.   Does anyone know what this was or what image(?) was sent. Curious  Thanks.

Shortwave Radiogram, a program mostly done in either MFSK32 or MFSK64, is transmitted Thursdays on WINB 2330-0000 UTC. But there's a bit of music and talk at the very beginning and music at the very end.
