Sycko's Transmitter is putting out S5-S7 in Central Wisconsin on my sdr. At S5 just above the noise level.

Tuned in at 0223 utc on Brookfield WI sdr with weak noisy S9 signal, hear what sounds like punk rock with somebody yelling a song, at 0229 utc read names of posters on HFU including me,

I heard this about a half hour ago and couldn't dig it out? I thought it was those loopy peskies who were playing around on LSB earlier this evening?

He's hitting about an S-9 with fades to nothing on Smolinski's big loop. Now he's back w/ an ID.
