Very poor in western New York

2125z  Some sort of song with "oo-ee-oh-ah-ah-walla-walla bing bong" refrain.
2131z  "This is Ion Radio", but still very weak.
2135z  "This is Ion Radio" after indiscernabl;e talk
2157z  "ionradioshortwave@gmail.com" (woman's voice) and now seems to bhe gone.
