Much info & discussion in DXLD 17-46 about this fake Radio Biafra:

At a quick check this seems so far to be the only content of this stunt: These
frequency announcements for
"Radio Biafra, broadcasting from London",
alternating in presumed Igbo and heavily accented, in fact broken English.
Of course (and indeed!) not the real Radio Biafra which can be heard, right
now with a phone conversation in usual style,
via
http://app.tvipob.co:1935/radio/Radio1/playlist.m3u8And indeed 9580, which gets a quite crappy feed, is very strong. Definitely
no transmitter in the western hemisphere, as an often quoted source speculates.

Who for its part is much, much stronger on 11600, registered as Kostinbrod
which would have to use the webstream in case MX1 (his eastern hemisphere
uplinker, now a subsidiary of SES) pulls really the plug on him.
