It wouldn’t happen to be the SDR Plonsk, would it? This station has been around for many months (at least, could be years) but is only audible on that SDR. Some people were discussing it in that receivers chat one day and they thought it is probably a very low power operation by the person who runs that SDR, intended for people listening to that SDR. It also emits several harmonics on shortwave.

Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using a Hermes Lite 2 with a 40 meter band Inverted V at 40 feet.

You guessed it right, SL. It was on a Plonsk SDR (don't know which one).

I was looking for the  UNID on 1700 heard by Kris, without any real success. So I tried via a SDR in Poland, but there that 1700 carrier was barely visible under the splashing hard rock signal. Then I went to bed.

Well, that's one way to transmit internationally legally without a license.
