2958 S9+20 W Ru meteo report for Russian teritories
- this broadcasts Volmet Rostov and St. Peterburg, I've only heard messages in Russian read by women and played from a recording. In my understanding, they are intended for aviation.
After the voice transmission, digital messages are transmitted 1kHz higher, preceded by a selcal signal.
