UNID station with old radio programming S8 signal with fading into NE Ohio at 12:15 UTC. Sounds like Old Time Radio. Program is about building the Golden Gate Bridge.

The local noise source that has resided on this frequency finally went dark in November after a couple of years of constantly being there. OTR has been a fairly easy catch here during the evenings and the couple-three hours after dawn.

He's changed the content up since I last heard him regularly. He must have got bored with Fibber McGee and The Great Gildersleeves?
