SIO 222 w/fades very hard copy under static, heard music Joy To The World, audio level on op's voice is low and I am unable to copy, at 23:08 gave ID and QSL info....but sounds like maybe a relay of a very old show, talking again at 23:12 but audio level just too low to make it through static, just heard ID Pirate Radio Boston at 23:15.
