1631 music with DJ, 1634
1656 ID by DJ,pop, hets from test tones on 6210 strong carier, 1700 ID
(1748 impossible) 
1955 trace, but 6210 comes back (strong with tests tones all around)
2235 weak signal, music marred by hets on the u-side

The thing on 6210 appears to be some kind of dirty jamming station. Maybe to jam out Radio Kahuzi which has been on there a few days ag?o

No, no, not against Radio Kahuzi.
The radio war on 6210 is between Iran and an Arabic country (probably Saudi Arabia).
