I had read about Radio Bulgaria returning to shortwave via 22 minute daily podcast on relay by ShortwaveService.  S9+10 reception via U/Twente sdr, English service.

Shortwaveservice ID to Bulgaria National Radio ID
Upcoming on program....YL "Bulgaria Today" to news
OM with Budget Story
Illegal acquired assets story, Historic Commission story
Bulgaria/North Macedonia story on Route 8/ economic, trade concerns
UNESCO/Bulgaria TV joint venture
COVID stats update, only northeast area yellow but expected to turn red in 5 days
Influenza A and COVID case detected, Radio Bulgaria ID
Weather for Bulgaria - Snow/Rain expected, southwest heavy snow
Bulgaria Today ID.....recap of headlines, YL Radio Bulgaria ID
OM with report on algorithm discovery by Bulgarian scientists
Song of the Day - "Na Na" Poli Genova
OM ID's song, YL Bulgaria Nation Radio, off

Rather odd they are broadcasting this avenue as the Sofia site still transmits including: Radio Taiwan, Radio Dabanga, IRRS, BBC,
and programing which is mainly featured on WBCQ.  I sent reception reports to Radio Bulgaria and ShortwaveService🤞
