Tuned in at 0058 utc on Brookfield WI sdr with noisy S9+10 signal, heard piano IS then ID then song "we are family" under the noise, Other sdr's in upper Midwest even worse, song "mother and child reunion" by Simon & Garfunkle,

Ant: Homemade "Wellgood" 1m amplified loop normally kept in a fixed position (NNW/SSE) to keep 1500 KSTP in the null.
