Got it on W3FHU 120' T2FD antenna kiwi SDR, it's definitely not directly on 6860.000. Will need to adjust to get it to sound normal. SIO 333.
Edit - seems to be about 6859.97, give or take a few Hz.

I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires.
