I also heard CKZN on 7/26, at 0800, there was a short echo on the CBC news on 6160 khz., one of the stations being CKZU, the other obviously CKZN. 

Always cool to hear Newfoundland from here in the PNW -- it's the second time I've ever heard CKZN.  Last time it was strong enough to be heard on a portable with the whip antenna -- this time, not so much.
