SDR recording catch with an assist by Carrier Sleuth.  Around 0720 I noticed the signal around 1709.996 kHz got stronger than the Hudson County TIS Of Doom, so I started listening to the recording around then, and could hear music.

Then lots of fading in and out, and other fairly good period just before and after 0900.
