2324: rap mx - Detroit City Blues - Steven the General
2328: "You are listening to [can't understand]" -> more mx
2331: carrier present but no audio heard
2332: mx heard barely, in the noise
2333: YL heard "you are listening ...", but noise too high to make out
NOTE: eQSL received 2023-12-10 19:28 EST from "Radio Poletown East - D-Town's Illiest Station From the slums to the ghettos of the world". Transmitter power 20 watts
