Ham CW QSO on 6792.5 11-07-2023

Just heard a Morse Code contact between two hams but the frequency was 6792.5. They were K9VKY and K4EWG. Not sure what they were doing there.

The decode is rough  and I used an R-5000 and I verified the frequency on another receiver.

Could be MARS testing. Other-wise, why send amateur radio call-signs on this, unless someone is not very smart? Hmmmmmmm??? At least, that's what I contemplate here.

I didn't understand the use of the amateur call signs either.
