Strong SIO 545 signal received this morning in Colorado. Eibi says unknown transmitter site, short-wave.info says Tashkent (which is 4° N bearing from my QTH), and beamed toward the Maldives (163° from Tashkent) so I may be getting a good back signal from them over the north pole if that's accurate. Dhivehi language per Eibi.
