Yes. This is known as "The Firedrake" and it's most often found jamming RFA. China also jams many other broadcasts, including VOA, Radio Taiwan International, AIR, and most especially SOH, but they use relays of China National Radio 1 most often against those broadcasts.

Paul,

The only website I know that shows expected jamming in real time is the link above.  To check the current reception availability of RFA, select R. Free Asia any language.  Orange highlighted entries is what should be broadcasting, a squiggly line through it means jamming.  I'm not sure if I ever stumbled across RFA without jamming.
Tecsun H501x (broadcast received on this unless noted), Zenith T/O G500, Zenith T/O Royal 7000, Emerson AR-176, Zenith 8S154, T/O 7G605 (Bomber), Tecsun PL-600, Tecsun PL-880, Zenith 5S320, Realistic DX 160 using 40 feet of copper wire.  With apologies to Senator Gramm for his thoughts on firearms, "I have more radios than I need but not as many as I want."
QTH:  Durham, Connecticut (rural setting, 15 miles north of Long Island Sound)
qsl please to:  jamcanner@comcast.net  (Thank you)

Ok,Thanks alot. Now can Radio Free Asia be heard then, if yes where? Thanks again.

RFA isn't welcome in most of the targeted nations, so I'm not sure if there aren't jamming efforts against all of them. That said I think I've only ever copied it in Korean. They do have a website you can find that should include an online stream as well as up to date schedules.

For what it's worth, as of 1450 UTC today (Thursday the 22nd of Feb) I'm copying RFA in Khmer on 9720 kHz. The signal is low and I'm relying on online schedules for station ID, which shows only this station for this frequency and time, so take it with that caution in mind.
