0426 - sounded like a station ID but couldn't make it out
0432 - SSTV OM speaking
0439 - SSTV "leeroy"
0444 - SSTV   lots of storm noise
0451 - arken- TiMBR ZEAL  -shazam id'ed
0454 - SSTV
0457 - OTA

0444 UTC - Signal is S7 in WNY, SSTV transmission.
0445 UTC - Audio just above the noise. Can't ID the music.
