0100 - male announcer mentioned "Radio." Then, some talk and music
Tentatively, Radio Europe from the Netherlabds. The only other station on this frequency is PBS to Tibet, and this sounds nothing like a PBS station. The signal is fair at best but the noise is only making it possible to get snippets, and to generally follow if its pop music or announcements.
0114 - Pop song with male vocalist.
0122 - Male announcer said "...Radio..." Song with a piano intro, then a more upbeat pop song followed.
(The noise is making it very hard to get more specific details, although the signal has picked up a bit after some fine tuning.)
0137 0 Finally got an ID! Male announcer: "From the heart of (?) this is Radio Europe." A rock song followed.

0144 - Male announcer: "...and shortwave...Europe...from the heart of Holland on shortwave, Radio Europe." Dance song with female vocalist follows.

Music with decent bass at 0151z. SIO 522. S9+ peaks via Airspy HF+D and 31' vertical. USB ECSS tuning. Decent to good carrier but mostly a borderline copy as it is competing with band noise and considerable static crashing here at the moment.
