Tuned in at 0117 on Brookfield WI sdr with fair S9-S9+10 signal, good modulation, rock music, at 0143 song "California uber alles" by the "Dead Kennedys" then off at 0145.

Noted here on the SDR recording with a weak signal, not much above the noise floor, a fair bit of static from storms.
