Both East Finland Radio and Sombrero with hand off transmission -- excellent as heard at Tampere SDR
Later was Radio WEST Finland

I can confirm that East Finland Radio was on 6300Khz 16.45-17.35UTC before Radio West Finland started.

Received here in east Finland.

Now at 19.50UTC seems that East is on air.
