Interesting, I know there are often "pulse" transmissions on these frequencies, especially 32.325 MHz.  Apparently some of them are coming out of Syria, and have the nickname the Syrian Pulse.

Lots of over the horizon radar OTH radar systems on/around these frequencies too.
