Received locally via a handheld CB transceiver, PNI Escort HP 82.

Strong Spanish language chatter in FM mode.  CB radio channel 18 FM, 27.175MHz FM 27175 kHz FM.  Some QRM from AM signals underneath the FM signals, but the capture effect is doing its thing.

QSO on-going at 1815 UTC.  OM talking about his Galaxy radio, model DX 98, QSO switched to OMs talking about band conditions on 20 metros (20 meters) at 1817 UTC.
