Tuned in at 0030 on Barrington Hills IL sdr with weak S7-S9 signal, various pop tunes from 1960's to present, at 0051 DJ said "testing" then played more music, occasional QRM DE carrier on 6938, DJ said "Sycko Radio", beginning at 0101 QRM DE usb station then multiple deliberate variable tones.
