Surprised to stumble across a program in English on Tibetan arts and crafts (Finland SDR), ID as Xizang People's Broadcasting Service, just as listed on short-wave.info (where it says 1600-1700 English) but I'm wondering what the audience is! Solicited listener comments, seems to be intended as an external service to promote tourism rather than something for tourists already there. Back to Chinese ID and Tibetan programming after time pips 1700.

Big into SWDX late 70s through early 90s, then forgot about it and when I returned via SDRs it wasn't at all what I remembered, but I'll deal with it. Grumble, grumble. All SDRs acknowledged, nothing is from my own radio.
