2157 OMs in QSO, very thick accents. Based on the previous log, could this be the same Irish peskies?

Listening via the Cape May, New Jersey, SDR, where these guys are struggling to be heard with readable audio as of 2210 UTC. But based on the accents and the phrasing, it sure sounds like Irish guys -- maybe Northern Irish? I grew up across the street from a Northern Irish family, and that accent and phrasing is thicker and distinct from the rest of Ireland.
