Very strong signal 599 with some fading. Not sure where to put this one <sigh>:

20wpm CW 5 letter groups 14527khz (zero beat) 2230utc 03/07/2014

Text is like "GVYHN SSGRJ STJNG QVAXT ..."

This signal at times takes on an echo type sound... double reflection...?

Any ideas folks?

I could be wrong, but this sounds like a numbers station using cut numbers to me.
