I've been camped on the listed Inyo Whooper frquency for a little while and just caught a few "whoops" as it started up pretty low in frequency. If the owner ever wants help with maintenance let me know.....

4097.175 KHz  Inyo Whooper, fair signal with fading. I tune for the center of the frequency sweep as observed on my display.
