I've been camped on the listed Inyo Whooper frquency for a little while and just caught a few "whoops" as it started up pretty low in frequency. If the owner ever wants help with maintenance let me know.....

4097.100 KHz  Inyo Whooper, fair signal with either fading or maybe a low battery  ;D

4097.175 KHz  Inyo Whooper, fair signal with fading. I tune for the center of the frequency sweep as observed on my display.
