XPA2 is operated by Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR). Digital counterpart to E07, G07, S07, V07 and M12. It is similar to XPA, but it's slower, at 7.8 baud rate, uses less tones, and significantly simpler preamble, which does not contain the transmission ID and amount of messages. First heard in 2006 (priyom.org, 2014).
