1130-1200 daily 11570tsh Suab Xaa Moo Zoo, Voice of Hope – Hmong – to: SEAs
I just checked - this broadcast is received at my Phuket Island (Thailand) QTH with a very strong signal, (sounded almost like next door to me!)
I used to work in north Laos, where many Hmong people live. This broadcast is in 'Blue' Hmong dialect, which sounds a little like Mandarin. The Hmong in northern Laos speak 'black' Hmong dialect, which has more Lao language in it.
I recorded the 30 minute broadcast, consisting of the carrier coming on 2 minutes before the broadcast, opening song, male speaker, one more Christian song, male speaker and sign off with the same song as the broadcast opened with, and then carrier straight off.
