Looks like some nice sporadic-E propagation. Stations will be very strong one minute and then gone the next.
25000 AM - WWV S7-S9, fast fades up and down
25625 AM - Spanish
25635 AM - Spanish
25775 AM - Spanish, weak
25805 AM - Heterodyne, several stations at once
25910 FM - STL, heavy fading. S9 at tune in, now (3-4 minutes later) it's JBA
25990 FM - STL, was S7 at first tune in, now its completely gone. Sporadic-E?
26135 AM - Spanish
26465 AM - Spanish language traffic, getting obliterated by OTH Radar
26555 LSB - Latin American DX Calling Frequency
26565 AM - Spanish, Mexican accents, fading up to S7 and down to S2
26585 AM - Spanish, OM and YL stations, usual busy frequency
26775 LSB - Spanish language, weak (not usual to see SSB on this frequency...)
26805 AM - Spanish language taxi dispatch
26965 AM - CB channel 1 - Spanish and English, noisy
26985 AM - CB channel 3 - "1504"
26995 AM - CB channel 3A (R/C channel) - Spanish language
27015 AM - CB channel 5 - the usual heavy heterodyne, lots of stations (see also 27025 AM)
27025 AM - CB channel 6 - surprisingly not as busy as 27015 - at least not at the moment
27035 AM - CB channel 7 - "look at that!" - sounds like truckers. Heavy Spanish language QRM down in the noise
27085 AM - CB channel 11 - "Hello Ten-Ten! 36 is wavin' and I'm back quiet!". Very strong signals. AM DX calling channel
27095 AM - CB channel 11A (R/C channel) - Spanish language with roger beeps. Bleedover QRM from 27085 AM
27125 AM - CB channel 14 - Truckers
27135 AM - CB channel 15 - Spanish language, strong carrier tone and other QRM.
27155 AM - CB channel 16 - Truckers
27185 AM - CB channel 19 - S3-S4 noise level. This is the "graveyard channel" of the 11 meter band.
27195 AM - CB channel 19A (R/C channel) - "Did you copy that?" S4 level signals but much quieter than 27185
27225 AM - CB channel 22 - Strong local stations talking to distant stations. Some overmodulation/splatter and stations stepping all over each other
27265 AM - CB channel 26 - AM DX calling channel
27285 AM - CB channel 28 - AM DX calling channel (see also: 27085, 27265)
27325 AM - CB channel 32 - Spanish language, YL speaking. Maybe taxi??
27335 LSB - CB channel 33 - Portuguese (I think) language. Very strong and clear signals. AM carrier het QRM underneath
27385 LSB - CB channel 38 - SSB DX calling channel
27395 AM - CB channel 39 - Spanish language with lots of echo and very long roger beep. Strong signals.
27405 AM - CB channel 40 - English and Spanish AM stations, lots of QRM
27420 USB - Spanish, with QRM from 27425 AM/SSB
27425 LSB - English language, American accents
27425 AM - Spanish language taxi dispatch (with QRM from 27420 USB and 27425 LSB)
27430 USB - French language (I think, frequency is noisy)
27455 USB - Latin American DX Calling Frequency (see also 26555 LSB)
27485 USB - "en la cortina"
27490 USB - 11 Sugar Delta 001 Puerto Rico working another station op named "Fred", discussing Kenwood radio

27695 LSB - Spanish language, very strong signals - peaking to S9+30
27700 USB - SSTV, quite strong signals, S7 to S9+30 on peaks. With SSB voice traffic underneath
27710 LSB - Spanish language, various cities in Mexico mentioned
