9/24, 1420z. Playing very dramatic late-romantic era style classical music. Best copy I've had in a month, and the music, though pedestrian in a way, is a nice change from the Morangbong Band stuff they usually favor.

Try again CTY, they are off the air 1427-1430 and you posted right in the middle of that.
