They seem to be down a lot. Again, "No Data" from Wallops Island, VA.

They all seem to go on and off a lot, sometimes off for days.

LOL! You pass the State Pen on the way into State College. Penn State has been known as "State Pen" by generations of PSU's rival schools and is most appropriate when it comes to the antics that finally came to light up there that occurred for decades around the football program and it's cover-up.
