TWR India relayed through Tashkent, Uzbekistan 0030-0130 GMT. 9900 kHz

0030-0130 GMT.  9900 kHz. Nightly (Almost armchair reception) of 1 hour or so of programming in various Indian languages. Some sources list this as transmitting with 100 kw @ 131 az. Same as last year about this time in Northern New England.
