"Song is Over" Who - S7-8
01:29  thanks for shoutout - Happy New Year WDDR

If you're gonna bring in the New Year right, you gotta "Tear the roof off the sucker!", like Parliament did!

Signal is S9+ here, so let it funk!

0126 - S5-S6 in west Michigan.

Optimizing for a bad SDR, but as long as conditions stay OK I'll be able to listen for the rest of the night.
(Switched to the FTDX3000d, much better noise filtering for conditions).

Thanks for Carole King!

Would you play some Neil Young?

This one is getting framed:

Partial copy, I goofed my audio settings:

Dame Edna, is that you?

In the noise here.  But barely listenable because of the noise filtering on my transceiver.

Propagation is barely hanging in there.  I can make out the music somewhat.  The voice, not so much.  Any chance you are thinking about QSYing to 90m?

Can't hear what you're saying, but I'm hanging in there.  Thanks for being here tonight.

0359 - I barely made out that last part.  I understand about no QSY. :-)  Conditions seem to stabilizing.  Tom Petty was very strong.

You are, by all measures, a fine human.

Shaved her legs and then...well, you know the rest.

Will you play something hard enough to get through the static? :-)

Thanks.  :)

0438 - I can hear you better now, and the SSTV was strong, but  I goofed my audio somewhow.
0438 - California Dreaming.  Props coming back around the planet.

0447 - hearing you better.

0450 - audio better yet.  apparently the earth is not flat, despite what pro athletes say.  In five years when the propagation gods have smiled on us once again we shall drink mead in Valhalla, my brother.

0457 - stronger yet.  You were wise to stick with this frequency.  I have much to learn.  Will you play "Uncle John's Band"?

0500 - "Only a Fool Would Say That" Steely Dan

0512 - Hey WDDR!  Love "Uncle John's Band"  Reminds me of heady days. Thank you.

0524-

0525 - Jesus left Chicago.  Chicago is for people from west Michigan who want to get away.

0527 - Props = better.

0529 - Love Steve Winwood

0541 - We want the funk  -- indeed

0549 - will you play bonnie raitt?  or any female blues?

0517 - driver 8

0650 - WDDR Thanks for the show!

Got WDDR here in SE Kansas at good levels, not super strong but coming in clear.  Playing the Who at 0129, ID & shoutouts to HF Underground, then into a song I don't recognize.
Happiness is a good antenna system.
