02:00 UTC - UNID on 6970.0 kHz AM. Hearing male voice speaking, documentary style. Weak and barely readable. Fading in and out;
02:55 UTC - Still not enough signal for a good demodulation of audio, even in SSB. Hearing some music.

145- Can only make out audio in USB mode. Hearing vocals and atmospheric music, agreed like from a documentary or TV show.

barely readable on the Mountaintop Vermont SDR
much better on the K1RA/KW4VA SDR near Warrenton Virginia at S7 - S9, still very noisy and needed to use the Narrow AM mode to make out much.

and yes it is the Fox News Relay, Fox News was said several times.
