BOR ID later heard.

According to the op:
it was a relay of Pirating With Cumbre followed by songs with the word 'radio' in them with BOR ID's and Hot Radio ID's...it was put together by Hot Radio.

1812  partial ID as ??? radio the Netherlands

1820 possible Blue Ocean Radio ID along with another ID claiming it was a combined transmission.
