You might be right, Skippy. The "A" some of us are hearing might be a Brit saying "E". This could be a relay of WEXP, a community station - around Rutland, Vermont. This is their genre of music.

heard a YL says Radio AXP I believe playing If 6 was 9 at 23:11
loving the Hendrix , saw him in '67 or so, Axis Bold as Love tour, great signal here in Niagara

 Decent copy in Asheville nc on lame indoor loop. Tuned in just in time for gypsy eyes and foxy lady by Hendrix, then ID as radio EXP
  I assume EXP stands for the Jimi Hendrix Experience. What an epic band...

Tuned in at 0045utc on Barrington Hills IL sdr with poor noisy S5 to S9 signal, hear various Jimi Hendrix tunes, tried other sdr's but they're worse, off air at 0101utc, thanks for the program.
