Title: SW TX on 6564kHZ AM maybe Radio Taiwan

Right now on 6564kHz AM with Sinpo 44444 copy 'World News' in Russian Language,
on male speech,than a female speech.
I think that will be News from East Russia,sometimes copy News from taiwan.
At 17.12utc weather report +actualy temperature ;D
don't copy ID,the Language is the problem for me
think copy ID 'Radio Taiwania' at 1715UTC
strong Sound,strong audio,fading is low

Receiver Degen 1103 +active mag. loop :)

Maybe anybody now the 'adress' and could help me for QSL Report 8)

Maybe its a mixing product of Radio Taiwan Russian service which is on 7465 from 17-18 utc via Issoudon.
